This project is using data on council tax debt, housing benefit and social work data to identify residents at risk of homelessness.

How we are doing it

Where data held about a household suggests at risk of homelessness, the local authority is proactively reaching out with a telephone call and offering support in a human-centred way such as by rescheduling debt payments.
