Sam joined CHI in May 2025 as an Embedded Researcher.

He holds an MA in International Conflict Studies from King’s College London and has experience in the charity sector, delivering and evaluating reading projects in prisons and schools. He has worked as a Research Officer for the National Programme for Substance Abuse Deaths and also has experience in local government, delivering Local Plan consultations.
