Rob Anderson is our Head of Practice and Partnerships. He oversees our work to support those working in homelessness to embed the use of evidence in their work, including our What Works Community.
Rob joined CHI from HM Treasury where he led spending policy on homelessness, rough sleeping and private rented housing. Prior to this, Rob worked on youth justice reform at the Ministry of Justice and mental health in the UK Armed Forces at the Ministry of Defence.
Prior to the Civil Service, Rob led fundraising and development at Cambridge House, a social action centre providing housing advice and other support to people in London. Rob holds an Msc in Inequalities and Social Science from the London School of Economics, where he specialised in the role of housing in social disadvantage in the UK.
