Lucy is currently covering the Head of Evidence and Data role at CHI, on secondment from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). Lucy is an experienced social researcher, and has set up and led numerous evaluations and research projects at DLUHC in the policy areas of homelessness and multiple disadvantage, and led the homelessness data and statistics team. Prior to working at DLUHC, she worked in academia and the charity sector.
