Jospeh is a Forward Deployed Engineer at Encord, a London-based startup building the data layer for Artificial Intelligence (AI). He works with machine learning engineers who are training models for robotics, physical AI and computer vision, and who build software and pipelines that allow them to align their models through better training data.

Previously, he worked at Luminance, a legal AI company from Cambridge that grew from a startup to have over 1000 customers during my tenure. As the principal engineer responsible for our AI inference stack, he had a privileged view into just how transformative language models have become in supporting legal work over the past seven years.
