Heather is one of our Implementation Leads.  She supports those working to end homelessness in their area, helping them to embed the use of evidence and data in their practice with the goal of making homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring.

Prior to joining the Centre, Heather worked at the Coalition of Care and Support Providers, Scotland in their Housing Support Enabling Unit, working with housing support providers in the voluntary and independent sector from across Scotland.  She managed the Better Futures outcomes framework, helping organisations to measure the impact of their work with people. Heather has BA in International Development from UCLA and an MSc in Policy Studies from University of Edinburgh. She is based in Edinburgh.
