
Director of Strategy and Delivery
Eric directs the Centre's efforts on translating evidence into practice to end homelessness, with a particular emphasis on data, implementation practice, and facilitating collective action on prevention of homelessness. He leads the Centre’s What Works Community focusing on supporting local implementation of robust evidence and helped develop the Ending Rough Sleeping Data Framework.
Eric loves helping people learn to embed new ideas and has also worked as a teacher and sports coach while living in the US, France, and South Korea. He previously worked as an independent consultant to governments and third-sector organisations around the world, and served as the Founding Director of GovEx Academy at Johns Hopkins University, where he helped public sector organisations and employees build capacity to use data to inform their decision-making.
