Ben is the Lived Experience Assistant at the centre.

He works to support others with live experience as they contribute to a wide variety of projects across every team in the centre. This helps us keep the priceless/invaluable real-life experiences of those with lived experience of homelessness at the core of everything we do.

Ben has collaborated with Crisis on a number of campaigns at both local and national levels. These have focused on raising awareness and he feels very strongly that challenging stereotypes around homelessness will lead to big changes in the future.

He is currently working with a number of projects, known as Impact Chapters, and building a network of those with lived experience to empower them in supporting and launching further projects.
