Individual Placement and Support removes conditions to starting work by helping people to access employment immediately with ongoing in-work support.

How we are doing it

Individual Placement and Support matches people with Employment Specialists who identify tailored employment opportunities and place the individual in the post. We will compare outcomes to 460 people referred to the service over an 18-month period.

Ways to get involved

We are looking for three organisations that deliver services for people experiencing homelessness who can set up Individual Placement and Support projects with referrals from Local Authorities.
